My husband, Andrew, and I live in Arlington, MA, outside of Boston. I am home with my four kids and I home school my older boys, Jake and Lance. Veronica is just 3, but we plan to teach her to read at 4 or 5 and she will be on her way, too. I home school using, essentially, the Well-Trained Mind, by Susan Wise-Bauer and her mom. I also love the Sonlight Curriculum and I will use that more heavily next year.
Andrew works at Groove Networks as a strategic marketing manager. The software allows you to work with others in a secure group and the information is transferred instantly. If you and I are working on a document and we both are looking at it at once, you will see my changes as soon as I make them! Information is never stored on a server, but essentially ricochet's back and forth from your computer and those with whom you wish to share information. Andrew likes to say it is ten times better than email.
